Hotel facilities are not good.... provided old towel, room not cleaned properly, hot water not coming in early morning, highly suppogation inside the room ..overall not good

Property is average to use as it is old property, pictures which are shown are of new property when it was built, staff is insufficient and mainly they don’t give room service after 11 pm in the night, whether electricity goes or T V doesn’t works or Hot water doesn’t comes in the bathroom, they says service is closed now, will see it tomorrow morning. This is something strange, when we expect about hospitality. Thanks 🙏

Room was literally very untidy.Towels were also used.Room were smelly.kettle was also having fungas from inside.lighting was not there for 3-4 hours.Room were booked was deluxe but the room we stayed was standard.Swimming pool was full of dirtiness.How can you refer such a bad room to clients.when we aksed for othere room there was no action from theirside.Had very bad experience

The photos of resort is all fake they are old photos and resort have not been maintained from a long time. No wifi network. Complete interior is old and not comfortable to stay. They give old towels to use which looks like dusting cloth. Pool is also not functional. Only positive is external garden which is good to take some photos. Do not justify with the price asked.
